This seminar focuses on relevant and current issues affecting the HR domain of the Independent School environment. The event provides attendees with a wonderful opportunity to network with other HR personnel from ISNZ Member Schools and to share best practice.
Feedback from last year's seminar showed the need to discuss and share experiences with fellow HR Managers from other Independent Schools. We took this suggestion on board and will include facilitated table discussions aimed to identify and discuss key issues relevant to the HR environment.
We will also include a specific focus on staff wellbeing. Mental and physical wellbeing is one of the most valuable business assets. Workplaces that prioritise mental health have better engagement, reduced absenteeism and higher productivity, while people have improved wellbeing, greater morale and higher job satisfaction. Representatives from the Mental Health Foundation and service provider Vitality Works will share practical plans and frameworks.
Target Audience: Board Members, Heads/Principals, Bursars/Business Managers, HR Managers, and anyone with an interest/responsibilities in Human Resources.
